The Michigan Epsilon (MI-E) chapter of Tau Beta Pi at Wayne State University is pleased to have the opportunity to welcome members from local District 7 collegiate/alumni chapters to join us in celebration of pi, our chapters, and MI-E’s 75th anniversary! Attendees will connect over a competition, fun activities, and tasty food.
The tentative agenda is as follows:
– 2-2:30PM – Welcome presentation from MI-E
– 2:30-3:30PM – Competition (Pi Scavenger Hunt!)
– 3:30-3:45PM – Group photo at MI-E’s Bent
– 3:45-4:30PM – Lunch, short presentations from District 7, SEMIAC, & AAAAC
– 4:30-5:30PM – Trivia competition
– 5:30PM – Adjournment
– 5:30PM to 7PM – OPTIONAL games + socializing + extra food

Greek food will be served for lunch to celebrate the origins of pi. Dessert will be provided by our alumni chapters, SEMIAC and AAAAC.
The event will be held on Saturday, 3/14 at 2PM on Wayne State University’s campus in its College of Engineering. A custom map detailing the best parking spots and directions to the College of Engineering will be provided closer to Pi Day, but please see our campus map in the meantime: https://maps.wayne.edu/.
